Digital Contract Management App is an iPad application that allows a counsellor to write customized preneed contracts. It reduces errors while saving time for the funeral home. Application used in conjunction with the web site will allow for the creation of merchandise and services price lists, user permissions, package plans and electronic transfer of data between the firm and this solution. Once contract information has been collected and uploaded to website, the information pertaining to the contract can be viewed in Client’s website. Application also makes the counsellor’s job faster and easier and gives management the control it needs to ensure that the best service possible is provided to their families.

Application provided facility where user can exports entire contract information pages as PDF file and can also print it from iPad directly (through AirPrint) in standard A4 size format as per terms & conditions and country based government rules and regulations. Application is also providing facility to create contracts in offline mode (where there is not connectivity) and provide facility to manage batch upload for all pending contracts when device is having internet connectivity. Application is provide option for user to verify contract detail with digital signature which can be printed along with contract PDF format. Application is also providing security through AEC encryption on contract data being sent from application to server.
